These terms apply when you use the Gink apps, the Gink server and this website, provided by Gink AI (developer: Amgib00). By using Gink you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Gink.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up.
Using Gink well
Don't use Gink to break the law, harm others, harass people, create content that exploits children, spread malware, get around Gink's limits or security, or overload the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.
AI answers can be wrong
Gink uses artificial intelligence. Its answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check anything important, and don't rely on Gink for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You're responsible for how you use what Gink produces.
Your content
What you write, say and upload stays yours, and so do the files and images Gink makes for you, as far as the law allows. You allow us to process your content only to provide Gink to you, as described in the privacy policy. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
Gink Pro
- Gink Pro is prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months, at the price shown in the app before you pay.
- It never renews automatically. Buying again adds time to the end of your current period.
- Payments are handled by our payment partners (CinetPay and Paystack), and their terms also apply.
- If a payment goes wrong, contact us at gink@ginkaisupport.com. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the law.
- Daily limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page and may change.
Changes and availability
Gink is in beta and keeps changing. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We'll do our best to give notice of important changes.
Ending
You can stop using Gink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Gink is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for losses caused by relying on AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app if the change is important. Continuing to use Gink after that means you accept the new terms.
